If you are not completely satisfied with your order after receiving it please do not hesitate to reach out to Francine and Georgia within 10 calendar days. All merchandise must be returned unused, unopened and free of pet hair. Merchandise that has been exposed to any smoke will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return items. Refunds WILL NOT be given simply because the description was not read prior to ordering or because you changed your mind. MEASUREMENTS are listed for a reason, please read them, take a peek at your ruler if needed to be sure the listing meets your needs. If your item appears to have been damaged in shipping please file a claim with the appropriate shipping company.

Francine and Georgia is not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Rarely do issues occur but on occasion they do, especially during the holidays.
